Nutrition Officer	The purpose of this position is to provide leadership in CMAM/MIYCN interventions in Gogrial East Emergency nutrition project. The Nutrition officer will work closely with all facility based Staff to ensure that MIYCN/CMAM activities are well integrated into the Health Care system. The officer will be accountable for delivery of quality MIYCN education and supporting the community groups and facility based staff to deliver the same. The position will ensure MIYCN outputs and outcomes are delivered as per project documents, the Nutrition Officer is responsible for the daily technical implementation, supervision, monitoring and reporting of the field activities and ensuring proper coordination with beneficiaries
Program Development Manager	Master’s degree in International Development, Rural Development, NGO Leadership, or a related discipline. Project Management pro Strong experience in managing staff, and partners and facilitating capacity building. Strategic thinking skills, strong in managing people and problem-solving abilities, networking, and negotiating skills. At least 10 years field experience in a relief or development environment, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role with direct reporting lines. Previous experience with successful multi-million-dollar program management and oversight (USAID, EU/ECHO, FCDO, GAC, DFAT, UN agencies).
Regional Project Manager	Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a humanitarian or development-related field At least 3-5 years of proven ability in managing large integrated projects in fragile contexts. Technical expertise in WASH or nutrition is desired Ability to master and implement donor regulations; experience with GFFO/BMZ is a plus, experience with other bilateral donors such as USAID, GAC, FCDO, and others will also be considered favourably Experience working/living in hardship conditions. Familiarity and experience in South Sudan context is a plus Ability to integrate teams of professionals around common goals
National WASH Manager	Minimum qualification in B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Water and Environmental Engineering and M.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma project planning and management. Minimum 7 years experience in infrastructure works or Water and/or Sanitation Project implementation. And 3 years experience in fragile context programming. Experience in WASH IPC integration health facilities (Water-related diseases, EVD, and Cholera) Experience supervising construction teams/ contractors in water supply and sanitation construction works. Experience in conducting WASH assessments, including IRNA and MIRA
Program Development & Quality Assurance Director	Master’s degree in International Development, Rural Development, NGO Leadership or a related discipline. At least 10 years field experience in a relief or development environment, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role with direct reporting lines. Be a results-orientated leader with the ability to handle a heavy workload, manage and satisfy multiple conflicting organizational, donor and other stakeholder demands. Previous experience with successful multi-million-dollar program management and oversight (USAID, EU/ECHO, FCDO, GAC, DFAT, UN agencies). Previous experience in managing food security and Livelihood, WASH, Nutrition, Health, GBV/protection, and Education program Must have a clear understanding of the working of the major WV partners (USAID, EU/ECHO, FCDO, GAC, DFAT, UN etc), their requirements and standards. Ability to engage high level donors to influence funding priorities, strategy and policy.
